You can call me Beck! I'm a certified personal trainer specializing in women's physiques; certified nutrition coach; certified group fitness instructor.

Here's my story:
I'm a millennial, a Taurus, and also a corporate 9-5 baddie.

What you may not know about me is that I have struggled with my weight my entire life (or I used to!). I grew up with little guidance on nutrition & ate a ton of processed junk that crushed my metabolism.

In college I became a vegan which helped me lose weight, but left me with no energy, no muscle, & no metabolism.

I became scared of food. Eventually I became sick of the runaround, learned about nutrition and resistance training.

Now I have built strength and the curves I never thought I could have. I no longer struggle with weight fluctuations. I don't fear going out to eat. I ENJOY my time and traveling without the worry of weight gain.
