You can call me Beck. I’m a certified in labwork analysis, a personal trainer and nutrition coach specializing in women’s hormonal physiques — and the creator of The Peptide Hormone Code™.


Here's my story:
I'm also a millennial, a Taurus, and a corporate 9-5 woman who spent years being told my labs looked fine while feeling anything but.

I grew up with almost no guidance on nutrition. I turned to veganism in college, dropped weight, and promptly lost all my muscle, energy, and metabolic function along with it. I became scared of food. I stopped trusting my body.

Then I stopped chasing generic fixes and started learning how my hormones actually worked. Resistance training. Strategic nutrition. Understanding the peptide hormones that were driving my hunger, my energy, and my body composition — without anyone telling me any of it.
